I have lived in Nottinghamshire all my life and have an extensive local knowledge of the East Midlands area. I was educated at Oakham School in Rutland and went on to Nottingham Trent University where I took a BSc(Hons) degree in Estate Surveying. I have worked in the property market for over 20 years, starting out as an estate agent in Bingham and then moving into commercial surveying in Derby and Nottingham which included professional work, development and management .

After taking a break with the advent of my 2 children I then became involved with the family property company in residential and commercial projects, the buy-to-let market and holiday lettings.

I live in a small rural farming village conveniently close to the centre of Nottingham and formerly 16 years in the Vale of Belvior. I have been involved with equestrianism since childhood and my children are keen pony club enthusiasts, as a result I am very familiar with much of the landscape and the properties that exist within the Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire countryside.

I have a passion for property and my professional background has been invaluable. I not only appreciate architecture, design and function from an aesthetic point of view, I am also experienced and understand the dynamics of buildings and their structure.
